CMS students win first prize in shooting competition

Lucknow, September 1 : Arpit Maurya and Sundaram Singh, two talented students of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I brought glory to the institution by winning the first prize in inter-school shooting competiton organized by Association of Schools for Indian School Certificate (ASISC). In this competition, Arpit and Sundaram bagged first prize under the categories ‘Air Pistol’ and ‘Peep Sight Air Rifle’ respectively. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that these CMS students showcased exemplary talent, technical knowledge, movement and trigger control skills in competition indicating a potential to make their mark at the national and international level. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi wished them a bright future ahead.

             Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting a holistic education to its students which contributes in their all-round development.
